Friendly Car Washing is a Dubai-based establishment officially licensed by the Dubai Economic Department. We specialize in professional manual car cleaning services at approved parking premises such as shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, and commercial and residential premises, available on a daily or monthly basis. Our goal is to provide affordable, high-quality car wash services at our customers’ convenience by bringing our team of hundreds of professional car washers to their homes, offices, and parking facilities in malls and supermarkets. Over the years, we have strived to be innovative by developing techniques that help us fulfill our motto: “A Smarter Clean for a Safe Environment,” through low water usage and the use of top-quality products for car washing.
OPERATIONAL PLAN :
Friendly Car Wash will provide services through dedicated teams. These teams will expedite the cleaning process and increase efficiency, as each team member will perform specific tasks at each location. Each team will have a team leader responsible for overseeing the activities of team members during working hours. The supervisor will report all details to our Head of the Operational Department.
Manual car washing will include cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, windows, tires, and tire polishing to enhance wheel shine. Interior cleaning will not be performed routinely, except in special cases as per client instructions and under the supervision of the car owner or security personnel. When interior cleaning is conducted, any belongings left inside the vehicle by clients will not be the responsibility of our company.
Friendly Car Wash will be responsible for any unsatisfactory services, new scratches, or damages caused by our car wash. Customer complaints will be accepted only with a copy of the contract coupons and will be subject to further investigation. The client is not permitted to give the key to the cleaner. These terms and conditions are noted on the back of each contract form issued to customers.
Time Frame for Washing a Single Car :
With reference to the above, we hereby inform you that the time frame for washing a single car depends on weather conditions and the condition of the car, especially if it is full of dust. The process can take up to 30 minutes.
For our waterless car washing method, we use approximately 250 ml to 350 ml of waterless car washing product to clean a single sedan. For four-wheel-drive vehicles, the usage of waterless washing product will be between 400 ml and 500 ml. During the winter season, this amount may increase to 500 ml to 700 ml, especially if there are more bird droppings on the car body.
We also assure you that there will be no water spillage in the parking area at any time.
