The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), part of the City University of New York (CUNY) system, is a vibrant, pluralistic learning community committed to students' intellectual and personal growth. ASAP supports motivated students earn an associate's degree within three years. The program emphasizes enriched academic, financial, and personal support, including comprehensive and personalized advisement, career development, academic support services, scholarships, MTA OMNY cards, and textbook funding. BMCC ASAP is the largest ASAP at CUNY, supporting over 5700 students each year.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director for Recruitment and Program Support is responsible for vision, strategic planning and the implementation of initiatives designed to promote student success.

Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline with a minimum of eight years related experience.

Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP) helps students earn their college degree as quickly as possible, by removing the financial, academic, and personal obstacles that many students confront. Key ASAP program features include a consolidated block schedule, cohorts by major, required full-time study and comprehensive advisement and career development services. The Director oversees all activities related to ASAP and represents the College's ASAP program within and outside the College.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary range is $109,898 - $122,201; commensurate with qualifications, education and experience
