Business System AnalystJersy City, NJ (Hybrid)Fulltime PermanentJob DescriptionWare seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst/Consultant with domain expertise in Wealth Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, client advisory processes, and regulatory frameworks. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Key Responsibilities:-Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to wealth management operations.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technology teams.Support the design and implementation of solutions across portfolio management, client onboarding, compliance, and reporting.Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs to validate requirements.Work with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and operations to ensure successful delivery.Create and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and internal policies. Required Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Wealth Management or Financial Services.Strong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, AML).Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.Certifications such as CFA, IIBA, or PMP are a plus. Preferred Attributes:-Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in wealth platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and data analytics.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
