Project Manager for a direct hire role in the

responsibilities:
- Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financials, stepping in proactively to keep things on track
- Leverage modern construction methods and technology to improve efficiency and project delivery
- Bring proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally including Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings
- Lead and support project teams, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward a common goal
- Communicate effectively across all levels; English and Spanish proficiency is a plus, as is a willingness to travel as projects require
