Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts and strategies that elevate the brand identity.
• Oversee the production of all creative materials, ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative vision with business goals.
• Manage and mentor creative staff, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Present creative proposals and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain budgets and timelines for creative projects to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional creativity, vision, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
