When you join MetLife’s U.S. Business Data & Analytics team, you’ll directly support U.S. sales and customer experience by delivering accurate information and targeted analytical products to our Business partners. We combine deep MetLife business knowledge with industry-leading technical expertise. Through transparent collaboration, accountability to our partners, and a commercial mindset, we drive data-informed decisions that create measurable business value, prioritizing efficiencies, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
We are seeking Master’s‑level Data & Analytics Interns to join our team. This internship is designed for graduate students interested in assisting with diverse projects such as building dashboards, creating machine learning models, modernizing data systems, streamlining operations data processes, and more. Selected candidates will have strong communication skills and knowledge in data science, data modeling, data engineering, business intelligence, data analysis, artificial intelligence, or other data & analytics skills as described by the candidate’s resume. We’re seeking a candidate who’s interested in applying data and analytics to solve real-time business challenges. Because interns will work with stakeholders across MetLife, strong relationship building skills are a must!

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is 40.00/Hour.
