Provide career coaching and job skills training to individuals with disabilities
Support clients in workplace readiness, soft skills development, and job performance improvement
Create individualized career development plans based on personal goals
Build positive relationships with employers, community partners, and vocational programs
Deliver hands-on support to help individuals reach their full potential
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks
Able to perform physical movement and lift up to 50 lbs
No experience required – paid training provided!
