Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People Operations oversees all aspects of organizational employee relations. Director of People Operations oversees HR, TA, and HCM, coordinating with the executive team to ensure consistent application of corporate culture and ethics by strictly adhering to the Attic Project’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Pay Range : $115,000 - $140,000 (base salary)
Pay Structure : Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit, eligible for annual bonus
