We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, backhoes, and dump trucks. A valid CDL license with a clean driving record is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and dump trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Proficiency in operating excavators, backhoes, and dump trucks.
• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
