We are currently seeking a Front End Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Angular and CSS to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with UX designers, back-end developers, and product owners in an Agile environment.

This role requires someone who can translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code while ensuring an exceptional user experience across modern browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications using Angular .
• Build reusable UI components and shared libraries.
• Create responsive and mobile-first interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Consume REST APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and implement performance improvements.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
• Follow front-end best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with Angular (v14+) .
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript .
• Strong proficiency with:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • SCSS/SASS
  • Responsive Web Design
  • Flexbox
  • CSS Grid
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and Git workflows.
• Experience with package managers such as npm.
• Knowledge of component-based architecture.
• Understanding of web performance optimization.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular Material.
• Knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming.
• Experience with NgRx or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with unit testing using Jasmine and Karma.
• Knowledge of Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
