This full-time, on-site role is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, driving both performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our talented culinary team to deliver innovative menu offerings and maintain high standards of service. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant and collaborative work environment while achieving our strategic goals. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, along with benefits that support your professional growth in the thriving restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive work environment and effective teamwork
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement seasonal menus
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings
• Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
