This role follows a Setter → Closer → Leadership development path. You will begin by mastering appointment-setting and customer engagement using company-provided leads and our existing customer base. Once you prove your ability to perform consistently, you earn the opportunity to move into a full closing role with significantly higher income potential.

Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and coachability matter most.
Engage with existing customers and company-provided leads
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Schedule Protection Review appointments
Identify multi-line opportunities including auto, home, and life insurance
Follow proven scripts and CRM systems
Meet daily activity and appointment goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency

Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone, Zoom, and in-office meetings
Present customized protection solutions
Cross-sell and bundle insurance products
Drive policy upgrades and new business growth
Manage pipeline follow-up and client retention
