Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 annually

  • On-Target Earnings: $85,000–$115,000+ once fully ramped

What You’ll Do

Phase 1 — Setter Track

  • Engage with existing customers and company-provided leads

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls

  • Schedule Protection Review appointments

  • Identify multi-line opportunities including auto, home, and life insurance

  • Follow proven scripts and CRM systems

  • Meet daily activity and appointment goals

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency

Phase 2 — Closer Track

(Promotion based on performance)

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone, Zoom, and in-office meetings

  • Present customized protection solutions

  • Cross-sell and bundle insurance products

  • Drive policy upgrades and new business growth

  • Manage pipeline follow-up and client retention

Training & Support

We invest heavily in training and development through:

  • Daily sales coaching

  • Live roleplay sessions

  • Call reviews and objection handling

  • Leadership mentorship

  • Performance scoreboards and accountability systems

Leads Provided

You will receive:

  • Company-generated leads

  • Existing customer opportunities

  • Warm inbound inquiries

You will never be expected to build a pipeline entirely from scratch.
