Insurance Sales Representative - $1,000 - $3,000/Week

Overview

State Farm Agency is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals

  • Present and recommend appropriate insurance products

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset

  • Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills

  • Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

  • Active insurance license

  • Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
