Job Description

Printfresh is looking for a sharp, versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing great work across email, web, social, print, and beyond — working closely with our Director of Creative & Content Production and our talented graphic design team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and genuinely excited about the craft — someone who can move fast, maintain quality, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

This role is hybrid, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Philadelphia office, remote on Mondays and Fridays, and occasional additional in-office days as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution
    • Support the creation of marketing collateral across digital and print formats, including email graphics, paid ads, social media assets, website graphics, catalogs, postcards, packaging, and more.
    • Execute website graphic and page updates, translating design challenges into intuitive, on-brand creative by applying UI/UX principles to create clear, customer-friendly experiences that support conversion goals.
    • Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal style direction.
    • Coordinate with external design partners to uphold brand standards.
    • Assist with seasonal graphic rollouts and product launch campaigns.
    • Resize and adapt assets for multiple placements and channels efficiently and accurately.
    • Prepare and format images for email, web, and social use.

  • Production Support
    • Create product renderings and mockups using existing templates.
    • Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in specs and formatting.
    • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
    • Support light copywriting and proofreading tasks to ensure clean, accurate deliverables.

  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Partner closely with the Director of Creative & Content Production, the broader graphic design team, photo team, and marketing team to meet project goals and deadlines.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for print and promotional materials as needed.
    • Stay current on design, social, and e-commerce trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time graphic design experience, ideally in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Strong layout, composition, and photo editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to take creative direction and feedback.
  • Interest in packaging, product development, and branded storytelling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or other email/UX platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with styled product mockups or packaging.
  • A love for color, pattern, and whimsical design
