The Details at a Glance
- Role: Junior Microbiology Analyst
- Location: Thompsons Station, TN (100% On-Site)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Must be open to flexible shifts as needed, as the lab operates 7 days a week)
- Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour
- Job Type: Temporary Contract (2 Months)
- Target Start Date: June 15, 2026

Responsibilities
- Sample Management: Physically and electronically receive and register samples into the LIMS tracking system.
- Lab Preparation: Prepare microbiological media, reagents, and conduct initial stages of sample analysis.
- Quality & Care: Perform environmental monitoring, manage inventory, and keep equipment running optimally.
- Documentation: Keep records accurate and assist with administrative document cycling.
- Safety First: Maintain safe, clean working surfaces and assist with biohazardous waste decontamination.
