Vytalyze Minds Corp is seeking experienced, licensed clinicians to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a hybrid independent contractor opportunity designed for therapists ready to maintain a consistent caseload within a structured, supportive environment.

Position Overview

Provide high-quality individual and family therapy services to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. We welcome clinicians with diverse therapeutic approaches and clinical backgrounds.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid model with in-office presence preferred (approximately 2 days/week).
• Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends preferred).
• Consistent referral stream to support caseload growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Complete timely and compliant documentation.
• Maintain an active and consistent caseload.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
