Choice Translating is seeking on-site  experienced Polish simultaneous interpreters to join our team and support a high-level international delegation during visits to multiple locations in Charlotte, NC.

• May 6th, 8 am - 4:30 pm, Multiple locations in Charlotte, North Carolina.

• Fully bilingual, fluent in Polish   and English
• Must have experience with business simultaneous interpreting in formal settings 
• College degree and certifications preferred
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card or higher)
• Clean driving record , valid driver’s insurance, and reliable transportation

• Accompany the delegation throughout the day to multiple sites to ensure continuity and support.
• Provide clear, accurate, real-time simultaneous interpretation in professional and formal settings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and the interpreter Code of Ethics.
• Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability across diverse environments.
