The largest dealership in Grand Rapids is looking for an additional Parts Delivery Driver to join our thirteenth-time Dealer of the Year award-winning organization. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This position will be responsible for delivering GM parts to Berger customers while supporting our warehouse operations.
• Safely deliver GM parts to wholesale customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Organize and prepare routes by arranging deliveries and efficiently staging/loading parts.
• Support team members by assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Handle and process parts returns as needed.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma; GED.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• Must pass and maintain DOT medical certification.
• Valid chauffeur’s license required (CDL is also acceptable); candidates who do not currently possess a chauffeur’s license must obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate an automobile and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, highly organized, and consistently efficient.
• Must allow pre-employment screenings, i.e., background checks, driving record evaluations, and drug testing.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, and adhere to workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.

2525 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI, 49512. We are near great lunch spots and shopping centers, and 15 minutes from the heart of Grand Rapids.
