Job Description

Salary: $81,000 - 121,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, including 2 years within an enterprise or government setting.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau.
• A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Minimum of 3 years designing extensive multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
• Holding a Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential.
• Strong communication skills, including but not limited to:
• - Cross-functional collaboration with system integrators, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• - Effective knowledge transfer capabilities.
• - Proficiency in producing documentation including architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, technical specifications, procedures, recommendations, testing results, and project management documentation addressing risks, issues, and schedules.

• Design and oversee Salesforce architecture solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective integration and operations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Assist in the implementation of Salesforce services and features to meet organizational needs.
• Guide and mentor team members in Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and project management details comprehensively.
• Manage Salesforce projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
