Overview
Occupational Therapist – School-based travel assignment in Federal Way, Washington. Start date 09/02/2026 for a 41-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,189–$2,389 per week. Guaranteed hours 0 per week. Schedule: 5x8 Days with 08:00–16:00 shifts (7.5 hours per day). Setting: K-12 school-based therapy in a mixed elementary/middle/high school environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in the school setting, aligned with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Screen and evaluate students to inform eligibility, goals, and progress toward functional goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes and recommend accommodations and assistive technology
- Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and necessary reporting in a timely, compliant manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and related team collaborations to support transition planning and student progress

Requirements
- Experience delivering pediatric OT services in a school setting or equivalent
- Ability to work in a school environment during the listed schedule
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to commit to a 41-week travel assignment and travel requirements
