Job Title: Multi-State Travel Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor
Location: Various U.S. Spa Locations (Travel Required)
Compensation: $3,500 monthly base + performance-based commission
Assignment: 60-day travel rotations at different spa locations
We operate multiple luxury spa brands across the U.S., providing structured sales systems, steady client flow, and consistent support. Our teams focus on delivering high-quality client experiences while giving sales managers the tools and opportunities to grow professionally.
The Multi-State Travel Sales Manager will travel to assigned locations every 60 days to support in-spa sales performance. Client traffic is provided—your role is to deliver results, upsell services, and maximize revenue. Travel, housing, and all work-related expenses are fully covered.
Conduct in-person consultations and recommend spa services and packages
Drive daily sales performance at each assigned location
Integrate quickly with on-site teams and adapt to new environments
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records
Follow company policies, pricing, and sales procedures
Maintain a professional presence representing the company
Sales or client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, or related fields
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable traveling across multiple states for 60-day assignments
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
High school diploma or equivalent
$3,500 monthly base salary
Tiered commission structure (3%, 5%, 7%) based on daily performance
Fully covered travel, housing, transportation, and fuel
Training and ongoing operational support
High-performing team members may be considered for remote or hybrid roles after 6–12 months of proven performance
