You will create compelling long-form and short-form technical content that resonates with engineers, scientists, and decision-makers across diverse industries.
About the role
Alicat manufactures mass flow and pressure instrumentation used in a wide range of industries—from bioprocessing and pharmaceuticals to aerospace, automotive testing, and environmental monitoring. Understanding our customers’ processes requires curiosity and comfort with scientific and engineering concepts. In this role, you will translate complex technical subjects into clear, engaging, and impactful content that attracts new customers and supports our enthusiastic users.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, research, write, and publish long-form and short-form content for technical and engineering audiences.
- Develop emotionally compelling and technically accurate copy for articles, app notes, white papers, case studies, blogs, and domain content.
- Effectively engages with consumers in person, verbally, and through remote communication channels to gather insights, clarify needs, and ensure long‑form content aligns with audience expectations
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to develop mixed media content—including written, visual, and video formats.
- Manage and maintain digital marketing content across web pages, newsletters, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
- Partner with internal experts and external contributors to validate technical accuracy and ensure relevance to target industries and applications.
- Support Alicat’s goals of increasing new customer acquisition and nurturing brand evangelists through high-quality educational content.
